What's involved
As with every Kultura event, the visit itself is the easy part to picture — the coordination behind it is where the work happens.
We brief and confirm the right person for your setting, including language — Santa can speak your language, just ask — and go over tone, names and any details you want remembered.
A full, well-kept costume appropriate to the setting — no shortcuts on the details children notice first.
Bring your own gifts or let us arrange age-appropriate ones — either way, we manage the handover so nothing feels rushed.
Arrival windows, parking, entrances, and timing worked out in advance so the visit starts smoothly.
For larger events, we're on hand to manage the queue, the pacing, and the moment-to-moment so you don't have to.
Our approach comes from the same place as our corporate and wedding work — a background in cultural anthropology, and a belief that the good parts of any gathering come from the same handful of things done properly.
A Santa visit has its own logic: pacing, ritual, a bit of suspense, a clear beginning and end. We plan it the way we'd plan a toast or a ceremony — because to the people in the room, it matters just as much.

December fills up quickly, especially weekends. We'd recommend reaching out by mid-November for home and school visits, and earlier for company parties or shopping centre dates.
In most cases, yes — just let us know your preferred language when you enquire and we'll do our best to match a performer who fits, whether that's English, Czech, or something else entirely.
Absolutely — just ask. Whether it's a visit from Mikuláš, a custom from your own family, or a tradition from your culture, we can build it into the visit alongside or instead of the classic Santa format.
